Ohio regulators to receive $2.1 million to cover medical cannabis legal fees

Ohio’s medical marijuana regulatory agencies have been approved for a $2.1 million loan to help cover legal fees.

The $2.1 million, approved by the state’s Controlling Board, is needed to cover legal costs from lawsuits brought by companies denied medical marijuana cultivators’ licenses.
