New York-based multistate marijuana operator Columbia Care is raising $35 million through the sale and leaseback of six of its properties in California, Illinois and Massachusetts.
The properties, which are being sold to Maryland-based NewLake Capital Partners, include dispensaries and cultivation and manufacturing facilities.
