Alaska suspends marijuana edibles maker’s license during probe

One of the first infused product manufacturers in Alaska has been forced to halt operations because of an allegation it may have bypassed required lab testing for some of its edibles.

Fairbanks-based Frozen Budz on Monday was ordered to cease production when the state Marijuana Control Board suspended the company’s manufacturing license until the board can complete an investigation into the potency levels of its edibles, the Daily News-Miner reported.
