Michigan regulators are permitting roughly 50 unlicensed medical marijuana dispensaries to remain open past a March 31 deadline, in compliance with a judge’s decision.

The state’s Bureau of Marijuana Regulation said in a statement issued Friday afternoon that “until further order of the court,” it wouldn’t enforce the deadline against the temporary operating facilities, The Detroit News reported.

Green Genie had sued to allow the dispensaries to stay open past March 31.

This is just the latest deadline extension in a state that is transitioning to stricter MMJ regulations.
