Early in his career, Richards was a trial attorney, chief counsel adviser and special assistant U.S. attorney. He served as chief business development officer at Mile High Labs, building relationships with CPG companies and establishing distribution and retail partnerships. Massolo founded the Cono Sur wine brand in Chile and Trivento in Argentina. New M&A Chief at Viridian Viridian Capital Advisors announced that Peter Rosenberg joined its investment banking team as head of mergers and acquisitions. Rosenberg joins from Merida Capital Partners, a New York City cannabis private equity fund, where he was a partner and member of the investment committee.
