The specific allegations were not mentioned in a letter from the subcommittee, but an unidentified source told NJ.com that the issues facing the group include “insider dealings, inappropriate disclosures and possible sexual indiscretions.” The association’s subcommittee hired consultant Andrew Botwin to conduct the investigation of NJCIA, which counts about 80 members, including law firms, dispensary operators and national marijuana companies. New Mexico State regulators are requiring marijuana vape products to be labeled with a warning in the wake of the nationwide vaping health crisis. Medical marijuana manufacturers and producers must label their THC-containing vape products with: “WARNING: Vaping cannabis-derived products containing THC has been associated with cases of severe lung injury, leading to difficulty breathing, hos- pitalization and even death.” As of Oct. 4, 15 people had fallen ill from using vape products in New Mexico.
