In addition to her role as a director of SugarBud, Comeau will serve as chair of the audit committee. Martin is a partner at an international consulting firm where he advises clients on corporate compliance matters and was previously a partner at two international law firms. He also served as assistant attorney general in Missouri and assistant United States attorney for the District of Columbia.
