The company will initially offer a CBD tincture with plans to sell a CBD-THC tincture. Iowa’s medical cannabis program launched in December 2018. She vetoed a bill this year that would have lifted the 3% THC cap on product potency. Louisiana Medical marijuana dispensaries didn’t report any supply shortages in the weeks after Aug. 6, when patients began receiving products. Nine medical marijuana pharmacies are permitted to dispense the products.
