Pennsylvania Medical cannabis sales are getting a big lift from the addition of anxiety as a qualifying condition in Pennsylvania. In less than a month, 3,000 people were certified to buy medical marijuana because of anxiety disorders, state health officials reported. The qualifying condition became effective July 20. In other news, Pennsylvania regulators revoked the permit of Agrimed Industries, one of the state’s medical cannabis cultivators, for allegedly violating production and security regulations. Tennessee State Treasurer David Lillard has ordered the Tennessee pension fund manager to sell stock in a marijuana company after learning about the organization’s investment. More than a dozen public pension funds invested in marijuana through Innovative Industrial Properties, a California-based real estate investment trust (REIT) that trades on the New York Stock Exchange. Tennessee Gov.
