Grower and processor fee rates will be determined by sales in product weight, while dispensary fee rates will be pegged to gross retail sales. Missouri Prospective medical marijuana businesses in Missouri began vying for 348 potential licenses as the state’s formal application process got underway. More than 600 potential applicants already had prefiled facility application fees, according to the Missouri Department of Health. But just 236 applications had been submitted by Aug. 15.
