Smoke Cartel Changes CEO Darby Cox has been promoted to chair and CEO at Smoke Car- tel, a publicly traded online retailer from Savannah, Georgia, that sells glass water pipes, vaporizers, bub- blers, spoons, oil and dab rigs, and other smoking accessories. Cox, a co-founder and former operations officer, replaces co- founder Sean Geng , who becomes executive chair and chief operating officer. Concentric Adds Global Regulatory Affairs Veteran The Denver-based Concentric Ag Corp., a developer and producer of proprietary biological and essential plant nutrient inputs for specialty and broadacre crops, hired Mark Trostle as vice president of global regulatory affairs. Trostle is an expert in federal, state and international regulations for crop inputs. Most recently, he managed Nutrien Retail’s federal and state pesticide registration; state registra- tion of fertilizer, plant nutritional, seed and adjuvants; and international pesticide, plant nutritional and adjuvant registration in 60 countries. Former President of Mexico Joins High Times Board Vicente Fox , a former president of Mexico, joined the board of High Times magazine.
