Loopr Makes Inroads Loopr , a Denver-based company that operates buses on which marijuana consumption is allowed, wants to expand its service to states such as California, Massachu- setts and Nevada in 2018. Loopr, which operates the so- called “Puff Buses,” is in talks with officials in Los Angeles and Las Vegas to bring the service to those cities. Hoban Makes Ad Breakthrough The marijuana-centric Hoban Law Group succeeded in running a national advertisement on CNN and six other major cable TV networks. The Hoban ad also was due to be aired on Fox News, MSNBC, Viceland, The Weather Channel, Headline News and Fox Business. Hoban Law Group is based in Denver and has offices nationwide.
