Loopr Makes Inroads Loopr , a Denver-based company that operates buses on which marijuana consumption is allowed, wants to expand its service to states such as California, Massachu- setts and Nevada in 2018. Loopr, which operates the so- called “Puff Buses,” is in talks with officials in Los Angeles and Las Vegas to bring the service to those cities. Hoban Makes Ad Breakthrough The marijuana-centric Hoban Law Group succeeded in running a national advertisement on CNN and six other major cable TV networks. The Hoban ad also was due to be aired on Fox News, MSNBC, Viceland, The Weather Channel, Headline News and Fox Business. Hoban Law Group is based in Denver and has offices nationwide. Scotts All In On Cannabis? Lawn and garden care giant Scotts Miracle-Gro has sold its holdings in Europe and Australia with the appar- ent intent of focusing on the North American market, including marijuana. The company finalized a $250 mil- lion deal in which it sold gardening business interests in seven different countries, meaning that nearly all of its revenue will now come from North America. GreenGro Gets Into Breeding and Cloning GreenGro Technologies , an Anaheim, California-based provider of eco-friendly green technologies, has decided to enter the cannabis breeding and cloning industry. To
