Previously a vice president at Citi, she earned her MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business. MjBizDaily was co-founded by Cassandra and her business partner in 2011. Chris served as the founding editor of Marijuana Business Daily during the company’s launch in 2011, becoming the first journalist in the United States to focus exclusively on covering the business of cannabis. He now helps lead the company and oversees MJBizDaily’s editorial and content team. He earned an MBA in international business from Regis University.
Howard has been in the publishing business for 35 years, with 31 of those in the business-to-business space. The bulk of his career –-18 years – was spent at the entertainment trade paper The Hollywood Reporter, including five years as editor and one as editorial director. Howard has also served as editor in chief of the Pittsburgh Business Times, NJBIZ and Moving Pictures magazine. Prior to becoming an editor, he spent five years as a reporter for publications including The Miami News and the cable TV trade paper Multichannel News. Howard is a graduate of the University of Miami.

Eli has been a data-driven researcher throughout his career. He previously worked as an analyst for Nielsen, where he provided analysis to Nielsen’s retail clients for use in pricing, promotion and assortment decisions.
